Problem Statement
Despite offering valuable tools, XERToolkit.com was struggling with user engagement. Users found the platform difficult to navigate, particularly when trying to locate tools quickly. Additionally, the mobile experience was subpar, which led to increased bounce rates and frustrated users.
Research Goals
Understand user pain points: Identify difficulties users experience when navigating the site and using its tools.
Uncover user expectations: What do users expect from a toolkit platform? How do they expect to interact with it?
Competitive Analysis: What do competitors like Trello, Asana, and Notion do well in terms of UX? What can XERToolkit.com learn from them?
